Gifted Young Learners
The Oxford IQ Academy (OIQ) is a programme for gifted young learners who have demonstrated exceptional academic ability. The OIQ Academy provides an enriched learning environment that challenges and inspires young minds to reach their full potential.
Our programme is designed for students aged 13-18 who have demonstrated exceptional academic ability in one or more subjects. We offer a range of courses in the humanities, sciences, and arts, all taught by experienced educators who are passionate about their subjects.
The OIQ Academy is committed to providing a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages students to think critically, creatively, and independently. We believe that every student has the potential to achieve great things, and we are dedicated to helping them realise that potential.

Craig Tiedman is the Director and co-founder of The Oxford Exchange. He holds an MBA/MSc from the University of Oxford (Saïd Business School) and an MSt from the University of Cambridge. He has extensive experience in educational leadership and programme design.
